RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

We understand buying clothes online isn’t always easy and the item may not fit the way you thought it would. So, we provide a 30-day money back refund for the price of the item you paid.

Exceptions: Clearance, final sales, and underwear are non-returnable.

Shipping and any handling fees are not refundable. You are responsible for the cost of shipping the item(s) back to us. In the event you are shipping the item back for an exchange, for example a different size or color; we will cover the cost of shipping the new item out. The new item must be the same product and cannot be exchanged for a different product. 

HOW TO EXCHANGE OR RETURN AN ITEM TO US

To return an item to us for refund, the following conditions must be met:

1. You must email info@bearifiedgear.com prior to returning your item.
2. The item must be postmarked within 30 days for the delivery date, we strongly recommend shipping via a method that always you to track your package. We are not responsible for items that get lost or are not trackable.

3. The original packing slip must be included with your return or provide us with a printed out copy of the invoice that was emailed to you.
4. The item MUST be in new condition, unwashed, unworn, and show no signs of wear. We reserve the right to refuse any return

Please allow 5 – 10 business days after the item was received by us to process your return. Your refund will be given to you the same method you used to purchase the item only! Depending on your financial institution it can take 7 – 15 business days for them to process the credit. If you have not received your credit within 15 business days from the date we processed it please contact us at info@bearifiedgear.com

All custom designs are final and non-refundable. No refunds will be issues for incorrect spelling, color, or design as the buyer must do a final approval before the product goes to production.
